We seek to work exclusively with homeowners and real estate investors that want to build a long term arrangement. It will take time for your property to build its credibility through active short-term rental marketing and word-of-mouth referrals from past guests.

As such, the minimum commitment term between Elmy Stays and our property owners is 1 year.

In return, we offer our package with $0 UPFRONT COST, while offering 100% in DRIVE & EFFORT.

  • Tax Information

    Major booking platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO typically collects and remits taxes from the Guest. As the Property Owner, you are personally responsible for seeking tax advice through your Accountant for reporting and paying applicable personal or corporate taxes. Elmy Stays does not provide any tax related advice for personal, corporate or speculation taxes.

  • Insurance

    As the Property Owner, you are personally responsible for seeking advice through Licensed Insurance Brokers who will provide options and coverages related to operating your property as a Vacation Rental. Please ensure Insurance has been obtained and your property is covered prior to listing your home. Elmy Stays does not provide any insurance related advice.
