We do not engage in tenant management or lease negotiations. The property owner retains full control, signs the rental agreement directly with the renter, receives all payments, and makes all final decisions regarding the rental. Our role is strictly to support the hospitality experience and promote the property to qualified guests.

    Leisure Stay Rentals

  • At Elmy Stays, we have a dedicated professional cleaning team that provides both standard cleaning and deep cleaning for your furnished rental. Our goal is to maintain consistent, high-quality results, because cleanliness is a key factor in creating a positive guest experience. Every detail matters—small oversights can impact guest satisfaction.

    Standard Cleaning
    Our standard cleaning service ensures the property is guest-ready for the next stay. This includes:

    • Washing all bed linens and pillowcases

    • Mopping and vacuuming floors

    • Wiping and sanitizing table surfaces and general areas

    • Dishwashing

    • Cleaning appliances and refrigerators

    • General bathroom cleaning

    Deep Cleaning
    Deep cleaning is recommended periodically, depending on occupancy and property needs. This thorough service fully cleans, sanitizes, and refreshes the property, addressing areas such as:

    • Window panes and blinds

    • Cabinets and cupboards

    • Carpet shampooing

    • Detailed attention to kitchens and bathrooms

    • Any other areas specific to the property

    Each session is tailored to your property’s unique requirements, ensuring a consistently high standard for extended-stay guests.
