**1 secure parkade parking provided with reservation. ** For more than one vehicle there is paid on-street parking or free parking a few blocks away. Parking downtown is harder to find in the summer season but you're in the heart of the downtown waterfront so everything is a short walk, cab ride away.

** Maximum 2 pets allowed with prior approval. Pet fee is $15/pet/night. Please let us know in advance if you are thinking of bringing your furry-friend!**

• Pet must be flea/tick treated
• Any pet waste whether on property or out walking must be picked up and disposed appropriately.
• No excessive barking noise from pet as it may result in a noise complaint fee after the first warning.
